Shipping policy

We use Aramex or Pass the Parcel track and trace couriers for all deliveries. 
You will be notified once your item is sent and tracking number advised.

Our couriers advise 2-3 working days for urban addresses and 5-7 days for rural addresses.
We cannot take responsibility for delayed parcels but will endeavor to assist when ever we can to locate parcels.
